Power Structures [Pvt.] Ltd. is a professionally
managed, dynamic company, engaged in Fabrication,
Galvanizing, Supply and Installation, including
execution of Turnkey Contracts of all types of Lattice
Galvanized Towers, especially for Telecom Industries,
Power Transmission Towers, Wind Mill Towers, Switch
yard Structures and Allied Applications.
The firm was started by three young technocrats’
viz., Mr. Ajay Patel, Mr. Parag Kothari and Mr.
Satish Desai in the year 1986. Associated Power
Structures [Pvt.] Ltd. or “APS” as the
firm is popularly known was registered under the
Companies Act in the year 1996, with the above three
as Directors at the helm. |
